Cheezy Vegan Pasta

This vegan Cheezy Pasta recipe-in-a-jar is a deliciously rich in-house blend which is 100% vegan! A convenient addition to the pantry, perfect for a quick yet nourishing lunch or dinner.
We have combined organic gluten free penne with all the seasonings required for a taste sensation, free of artificial additives or preservatives. This delicious ready to cook meal has no wheat and is also suitable for vegans. Young and old alike will love the ease of this mix, not to mention the scrumptious flavour.
Instructions:
To Add:
625ml Boiling Water
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Cracked Pepper (optional)
1. Pour the contents of the jar into a medium saucepan, along with 625ml boiling water and 2Tbsp olive oil.
2. Bring to the boil whilst whisking to dissolve the coconut milk powder.
3. Reduce to a medium simmer, continue to cook, stirring often, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the pasta is cooked.
4. Take off the heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Season with cracked pepper.
Variation: Pour the cooked Cheezy Pasta into a greased baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until the top is crisp and golden.
The recipe serves 2 generously. Any left-over Cheezy Pasta can be returned to the jar and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
