How to Use:
Enjoy this flavoursome wheat free tamari in salad dressings and marinades; soups, stir-fries and noodle dishes. Add extra depth to stocks and hot pots. The rich flavours of tamari compliment vegetables, tofu, fish and meat delightfully.
Soak nuts and seeds in tamari, before dehydrating or lightly baking, for a delicious snack. At the table tamari can be used as a dipping sauce for sashimi and sushi; with dukkah and oil; or served as a condiment and sprinkled over meals to taste.
