Organic Dark Chocolate Drops

How to Use:

A scrumptious treat as is, in a hikers’ mix, or in yummy recipes. Simply add whole to cookie and muffin recipes. Melts wonderfully in a bowl over a pot of gently boiling water. Carefully move the chocolate around with a wooden spatula to melt evenly. To avoid ‘splitting’, keep the temperature of the chocolate below 40°C. Use for sauces, ganache or dipping fruit.
