How to Use:
Add the pasta to plenty of boiling water with a little salt, cook uncovered for about 8 – 9 minutes until pasta is ‘al dente’. It is great for traditional spaghetti dishes. Produced with traditional methods of cold-drawing before slow drying produces a more porous surface which is ideal for capturing the flavours of your sauce.
